1. Acceptance

By using Senhas Já you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Senhas Já is a secure password manager and generator operated by Okamy Studio (CNPJ 49.778.119/0001-89). Passwords are encrypted locally with AES-256-GCM; the company has no access to the content of stored passwords.

3. Plans and payments

Free Plan: password generations and file conversions limited per day, at no cost.
Plus Plan: unlimited password generations, expanded file conversions, AES-256 encrypted password vault, cloud storage and priority support.
Unlimited Premium Plan: unlimited password generations and file conversions, more cloud storage and VIP priority support.
The trial period is 7 days. Your card is registered but not charged during the trial.
After the trial period, billing occurs automatically according to the chosen cycle (monthly or annual).
Cancellation can be done at any time in your account settings.

4. Refund policy

Refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days of the first charge, upon proof of dissatisfaction. Processing takes up to 10 business days via Mercado Pago.

5. Acceptable use

Personal, non-commercial use without express authorization.
Using the service for illegal activities is prohibited.
Sharing access credentials is prohibited.
The user is responsible for safeguarding their master password.

6. Liability

Okamy Studio is not liable for data loss resulting from forgetting your master password, as the encryption is zero-knowledge. We recommend keeping a secure backup of your master password.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance will be announced in advance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. In case of cancellation, the user has 30 days to export their data before deletion.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 15 days notice by email. Continued use after notification implies acceptance.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of São Paulo/SP to resolve disputes.
